Service Delivery System

GreyHawk’s Delivery System will ensure consistent quality of our services by daily and weekly inspections performed by the on-site team. To maintain a high level of service quality, GreyHawk’s Regional Business Manager will meet with your Facility Managers and conduct joint walk-through inspections.  We provide follow-up documentation of all concerns and will develop a comprehensive action plan for continuous improvement.
